Article 13 EU GDPR in implementation of EU Regulation no. 679/16 and the legal provisions in force, interested parties are provided with the following concise information regarding the processing of personal data.

Data and processing methods :
the processing may concern direct identification data (e.g. common, contact, personal data, location data); indirect identification data (e.g. IP addresses); data relating to electronic communications (e.g. e-mail addresses) and contact data (cell phone). The data is collected from interested parties (e.g. customers, suppliers, economic operators, institutions) and processed using automated, digital and/or analogue methods.

Purpose of the processing for which the personal data is intended :
the personal data will be processed for the purposes inherent, connected and connected to the corporate activities of social media virtual assistant, management of web pages and website, promotion, sponsorship and digital marketing activities.

Legal bases of processing:
the legal bases of processing consist of: a) execution of contracts (in relations with customers and suppliers) and pre-contractual activities; b) fulfillment of legal obligations (tax and accounting); c) consent (if applicable, for marketing processing).

The main processing operations consist of collection, recording, consultation, use, storage, transmission and deletion of personal data provided by interested parties.

Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data :
the data can be transferred to external managers. 

The personal data provided by the interested party are not intended for dissemination and may be communicated to third parties in a collaborative relationship with the Data Controller and/or for the fulfillment of legal obligations, bound to the most absolute confidentiality regarding any information may become aware of (by way of example only: third parties who collaborate with the Data Controller to achieve the purposes indicated above, also for the management and/or maintenance of information systems, such as system administrators and/or consultants).


Intention of the data controller to transfer personal data to a third country :
if the need to transfer data outside the EU arises, the processing will be regulated in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of EU Regulation 679/2016, with verification of the adequacy decisions of the recipient third countries, or of the existence of adequate guarantees or binding rules of the company, or the existence of specific exceptions and subject to the authorization of the interested parties and communication to them.

Personal data retention period:
the data will be retained until the indicated purposes are achieved. For accounting and tax purposes for (5) five years from the termination of the relationship; for contractual purposes they will be kept for (10) ten years from the termination of the relationship, by virtue of the ordinary limitation period of rights and for the same period for purposes of customer loyalty through the offer of similar services or products. For promotional marketing purposes they will be kept for (2) two years from collection.

Rights of the interested party :
interested parties are informed of the existence of the right to ask the data controller for access to personal data, rectification or cancellation of the same, limitation of processing, to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability , governed by the articles 15 and following of EU Reg. 679/16 (*send requests to the contact details of the Data Controller).


Interested parties are informed of the existence of the right to revoke consent at any time, by electronic communication to be sent to the contact details of the owner or DPO, if the processing is based on this legal basis (in the case of marketing), without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor).

The communication of personal data is necessary for the purposes of the processing, for the purposes of any contracts and to access the services provided, the revocation of consent or failure to communicate the data could lead to the interruption of specific contractual promotional services.
The data controller does not carry out automated decision-making processes or profiling of interested parties.

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "Regulation"), this page describes the methods of processing the personal data of users who consult the website, accessible electronically.
This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services that can be reached via hypertext links that may be published on the site but refer to resources external to the data controller's domain.

IDENTITY AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data indicated on this page are processed for the purposes of: a) disclosure of the activities and services of the data controller; b) direct promotional activities; c) pre-contractual and contractual purposes. The legal basis is constituted by legitimate interest (sub a); from consent (sub b); from the contract (sub c).

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED

NAVIGATION DATA
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This category of data includes the IP addresses of the hosting servers, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.).


These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:
– obtain aggregate statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or daily, length of stay, etc…);
– check the correct functioning of the services offered.
Personal and contact data of users and potential customers acquired via form or email are processed.


STORAGE PERIOD
Browsing data do not persist for more than 2 years for the purposes of statistical investigation, technical cookies persist for the duration of the session (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the judicial authority).
The data collected for pre-contractual purposes will be kept for a maximum of 2 years while those processed for contractual purposes will be kept for 10 years, in compliance with the ordinary limitation period envisaged for rights of obligation. The data processed for any marketing or profiling purposes will be kept for 24 months.

DATA COMMUNICATED BY THE USER
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to contact addresses, private messages sent by users to institutional profiles/pages on social media, as well as the compilation and forwarding of forms on the site, involve the acquisition of data sender's contact details, necessary to respond, as well as all personal data included in the communications.

Specific information will be published on the pages of the site set up for the provision of certain services.


COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING SYSTEMS

Cookies are used for user profiling, as indicated in the additional cookie policy. 
The main processing carried out concerns the production of statistics, with pseudonymized data, on navigation on the site.

The configuration adopted, in order to exclude processing of identifying data, collects the following information:
The IP address, which is minimized
• The browser type (macro data)
• The type of device (PC, smartphone, tablet)
Technical session cookies are used (persistent in the same session), strictly limited to what is 
necessary for safe and efficient navigation of the site.
Regarding the processing of personal data carried out by the managers of the Social Media platforms used by the site owner, please refer to the information provided by them through their respective privacy policies.
The user who has consented to the transfer of data to social media platforms is informed that in this case the data will be processed according to the policies of these platforms.


RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
The recipients of the data collected following consultation of some of the services are the subjects designated, pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation, as data controllers. Among those responsible are the suppliers of development and delivery services and those for the operational management of the site's technological platforms. The companies that manage the Facebook and Instagram platforms, in relation to the management of the social account, are automatic controllers of the processing for which the user has consented to the transfer.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
Interested parties have the right to obtain, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation). The specific request is presented by contacting the Data Protection Officer or the Data Controller.

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by the art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take action in the appropriate judicial offices (art. 79 of the Regulation).
